We're assisting a renowned Australian organisation in hiring a Cyber Security Business Analyst.
This role is preferred as a full-time permanent position, but they are also open to day-rate contractors.
The position is part of the team responsible for Cyber Threat and Incident Response services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with key security stakeholders to gather requirements and document the entire process.
- Work with stakeholders to document epics, including descriptions and acceptance criteria, in Jira.
- Efficiently manage deadlines and handle competing priorities.
- Document business requirements, both functional and non-functional.
- Analyse current processes ("As Is") and propose improvements ("To Be").
- Ensure high-quality project status reports are developed and distributed to key stakeholders within defined timelines.
- Facilitate timely issue resolution by liaising with both business and technical areas.
- Produce both technical and non-technical documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Experience:
- Extensive expertise and knowledge in Cyber Security.
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst in cybersecurity projects.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
