Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

We’re seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our Microsoft partners

In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of innovative CRM solutions, leveraging Dynamics 365 to address complex business needs. By combining technical expertise with functional insight, you’ll ensure exceptional project outcomes while collaborating with clients and guiding teams to success.

Your Responsibilities

Design and architect Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with business goals and technical constraints.
Build, configure, and customise CRM features to meet requirements.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems while upholding security and compliance standards.

Functional Know-How

Develop tailored solutions for business areas such as Sales, Marketing, Case Management, and Project/Field Service.
Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, prioritise requirements, and conduct gap analyses.

Other Skills

Facilitate client workshops, deliver system demonstrations, and present high-level solutions.
Support pre-sales efforts, including drafting proposals, designing solutions, and conducting demos.
Coach and guide junior consultants, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team.

What You Bring

A collaborative attitude and a strong drive to achieve outstanding results.
In-depth expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, applying these tools to solve complex challenges.
5–7 years of hands-on experience delivering Hybrid Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
Advanced skills in JavaScript, CRM Web API, plugins, workflows, and actions.
